Because we're a small artist-owned group, our ability to offer refunds diminishes as an event draws near. Each event has its own refund schedule, but in general:
A deposit is fully-refundable up until the deposit deadline, less a $10 administrative fee to cover fees.
After the deposit and other payments have been paid, after the deposit deadline, the presumption is that refunds are no longer available if an attendee decides not to attend. At our discretion, we may decide to offer a full or partial refund as a show of goodwill.
If we cancel the event, we will provide refunds to all paid attendees.
